How Jobspring stopped checking 29 ad accounts
by hand.

Jobspring is a digital marketing agency running lead-generation campaigns for home service contractors across the US. When they came to Mintro, their team was burning hours every week checking ad performance by hand, and they were still missing real problems until clients pointed them out.

The client

A team that lives the trade.

Israel Williams founded Jobspring with a team that has deep roots in the blue-collar world. They run lead generation for 150+ roofing, HVAC, and plumbing contractors. They keep it honest, they obsess over ROAS, and they don't lock anyone into long-term contracts. When checking ads by hand started eating their mornings, they brought in Mintro to build Aria.

Where it started

Hours of manual work, and problems caught too late.

With dozens of active Facebook ad accounts across multiple home service clients, Jobspring's team logged into Facebook Ads Manager every day to check performance one account at a time. Budget pacing issues, sudden CTR drops, and CPL spikes often went unnoticed until a client brought them up on a call. Reporting was just as painful. Every week someone had to pull the data, format it, and send it by hand.

Lead follow-up lived in a separate CRM nobody had time to watch, and there was no single place to see how the whole book of business was performing. As the account list grew, the manual approach simply didn't scale.

What we built

Aria: a Slack-native suite with a live dashboard.

We built Aria as ten connected n8n workflows plus a live dashboard. It plugs into the Facebook Marketing API, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel, checks account health every few hours, and delivers everything to where the team already works: Slack. The alerts, reports, and answers come to them. They never have to go digging for any of it.

Aria: Ad Performance AlertsEvery 6 hours

Fires automatically when CPM, CTR, or CPL crosses each account's defined thresholds across all 29 accounts.

Aria: Real-Time Issue FlagsEvery 4 hours

Catches spend anomalies, zero-delivery campaigns, and sudden CTR drops before a client ever notices.

Aria: Budget Pacing AlertDaily, 9AM

Flags any account running more than 20% off its month-to-date budget pace. On clean days it stays quiet and only speaks up when something needs attention.

Aria: Weekly Account Pulse CheckMondays

A simple stoplight health check on every account, green, yellow, or red, posted to the performance-audit channel.

Aria: Daily Digest9AM & 5PM

A twice-daily brief for the internal team. Total spend, leads, CPL, and any active alerts, all in one place.

Aria: Friday Client ReportsFridays, 4AM

A per-campaign weekly summary that lands in each client's own Slack channel automatically. Nobody has to put it together by hand.

Aria: CRM Speed-to-Lead AlertsEvery 4 hours

Watches GoHighLevel for uncontacted and stale leads and flags slow follow-up before deals go cold.

Aria: Friday Pipeline ReportFridays

A weekly CRM pipeline summary that shows open opportunities and stage movement, pulled straight from GoHighLevel.

Aria: Client OnboardingOn-demand

Run /onboard [client] | [email] and Aria creates the Slack channel, sets up the Drive folder, notifies the team, and emails the client. The whole thing takes about 90 seconds.

@Aria: Ask Aria anythingAnytime in Slack

Ask about any account, campaign, or metric right in Slack and get an answer pulled straight from the live numbers. No dashboard, no digging.

The Aria dashboard

The entire portfolio on one screen.

Behind the Slack automations sits a live web dashboard. It pulls Facebook, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel into one view of all 29 accounts, built for the owner and every media buyer.

The live portfolio view. Spend, leads, CPL health, and pacing across every account. Sample data shown.

Four portfolio views

Table, an Efficiency Map (spend vs. cost-per-lead), Health Groups, and a War Room that surfaces at-risk and zero-lead accounts.

Live account health

Spend, leads, CPL health, budget-pacing bars, and 7-day sparklines for every account. Every KPI shows its week-over-week change.

Delivery alerts

Disabled campaigns, payment issues, ad-review holds, grace periods, no-spend, and all-paused states, surfaced automatically.

Per-ad performance

Every ad ranked by spend, leads, and CPL, thumbnails included, so the team sees which ads actually convert.

Weekly report

A portfolio week-over-week summary: most-improved accounts, a watch list, and a lead leaderboard.

CRM pipeline view

Open opportunities, speed-to-lead, and stale-deal flags per account, pulled live from GoHighLevel.

Google Ads

Google spend and performance shown next to Facebook for every account running both channels.

Media-buyer standings

Every buyer scored and ranked by performance, with week-over-week movement on a live leaderboard.

Landing-page monitor

40 client sites checked every 15 minutes, with an instant Slack alert the moment one goes down.

Role-based access

Each media buyer sees only their own accounts; owners see the entire book. Secure, per-user scoping.

Self-serve admin

CPL thresholds, account config, CRM mapping, and buyer access are all editable in-app, with no redeploy.

The Efficiency Map plots every account by spend against cost-per-lead, so the team sees what to scale and what to fix. Sample data shown.
Click into any single account for its spend, leads, CPL, and 30-day trend lines. Sample data shown.
Each media buyer gets a live scorecard, ranked on the week's results across the accounts they run. Sample data shown.
The weekly report Aria builds on its own: most-improved accounts, a watch list, and the full lead leaderboard. Sample data shown.

What actually lands in Slack.

The dashboard is there when someone wants to dig in. Most days nobody needs to. Aria writes up what matters and drops it into Slack on a schedule, for the internal team and for each client.

Action Items

Alex to launch the new Northstar HVAC creatives tomorrow
Morgan to set up email + text lead notifications for Crescendo Academy

Client Issues

Crescendo Academy: client saw an ad appear twice on Instagram. Placements look correct internally, likely a Meta display glitch. Advised to flag if it recurs.

Where it landed

The manual reporting is gone, and nothing slips through.

29 Facebook ad accounts get checked automatically every few hours. Nobody logs in by hand anymore.

A live dashboard puts the whole portfolio on one screen: spend, leads, CPL health, and pacing for every account, refreshed continuously.

Performance and budget-pacing alerts fire within hours of any anomaly, so the team catches problems before a client does.

Friday client reports delivered to each client's own Slack channel every week without a single manual step.

CRM speed-to-lead and stale-deal flags pull GoHighLevel into the same view, so no lead sits uncontacted.

Every media buyer is scored and ranked, and each sees only their own accounts.

40 client landing pages monitored every 15 minutes, with instant down-alerts to Slack.
