Terms of Service
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms govern your use of ARIA. They are deliberately short. If something here is unclear, email us and we will tell you plainly what it means rather than pointing at a clause.
The agreement
These terms are between you (the “Customer”) and Mintro LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. By creating an account you accept them.
What ARIA does
ARIA reads advertising data from platforms you connect and surfaces which accounts need attention. Depending on your plan it also delivers those findings to Slack or email and produces reports.
ARIA has read-only access. It does not create, edit, pause or otherwise change your advertising campaigns, and it does not spend money on your behalf.
Plans and billing
ARIA is sold as a monthly subscription in two tiers. The tier, the fee and the billing period that apply to you are the ones set out in the quote or order confirmation we send you, and those figures govern.
- Base — billed monthly. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Full — carries a three-month minimum term, after which it continues monthly until cancelled.
Fees are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the fee for an existing subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
If ARIA does not help your team identify problems faster or save meaningful time, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
On the Full plan, exercising the guarantee within those 14 days also voids the remaining minimum term — you are not held to a commitment for a product you are getting a refund for. After day 14, the remaining term stands.
What we guarantee, and what we do not
We guarantee faster visibility. ARIA is built to tell you about problems in your advertising accounts sooner than you would otherwise find them.
We do not guarantee advertising outcomes. We make no promise about cost per lead, return on ad spend, conversion rate, or revenue. Those depend on your media buying, your offer and your market — none of which ARIA controls.
ARIA reports on data provided by third-party platforms. Where a platform’s API is delayed, incomplete or wrong, ARIA’s output will reflect that. It is a monitoring tool, not a system of record, and it does not replace your own judgement.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the advertising accounts you connect, including permission from the client who owns them.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You will not attempt to access another customer's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. We use it to run the service and for nothing else — the detail is in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep ARIA available and working, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the plans above. We depend on third-party platforms and hosting providers, and we will not always be able to prevent their outages from affecting us.
Ending it
You may cancel at any time subject to the plan terms above. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of what you have paid.
After termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mintro’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction.
